Finally Sold!!!..... and it was very bittersweet. Mrs. Shirley is an angel of a lady who graciously gave me the listing of her custom-built family home at 2028 Damon Dr. Her husband built that house for her in 2006 before he passed away.
You could feel the love and memories their family shared together as soon as you walked through the doors. At 89 yrs young Mrs. Shirley decided that 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms was a bit more house than just she needed and it was time to find the right family to pass it on to. With a few contracts that fell through Mrs. Shirley kept the faith that it just wasn't the right family yet. Today we turned over the keys to the right family. They have 2 children with disabilities and this house fit all their needs.
This is my favorite part of my profession. Watching one family close a chapter and another family open a new chapter all within the same address.
Just like any great deal it takes team work so thank you for representing the buyers, for a smooth flawless closing, and Sharon Norris was the best task master from start to finish.
