I love a one story, especially for ease of access to the backyard. However there is something to be said for two story homes and being able to only have the main floor "on tour" when guests arrive, especially when you have small children! 😊🏠🏛️🏡

The Senate has passed the 21st Century Road to Housing Act. This is a win for making housing more affordable for average Americans. Among other things, it will prevent large investment firms from buying up affordable housing with cash offers that typically beat out the typical American Buyer. First time home Buyers needed a ruling that would favor the plight of young adults trying to achieve the American dream of home ownership and this is it! 😊🏠🇺🇸

Had a lovely morning in beautiful Rogersville, AL today! Highly recommend the artisanal selection of doughnuts, coffee, and other yummy delights at Lee Street Cafe'! (They also serve lunch items.) Several cute shops and antique stores in the same little area with nice specialty items.
