POV: you don’t need a 20% down payment to buy a house anymore and nobody told you.

A lot of buyers (especially first-time buyers!) think they need to save up a massive amount before even talking to a lender - but that’s not always true.

There are loan options with MUCH lower down payments depending on your situation.

Even if you’re “just curious,” it’s worth getting information early. You might honestly be closer than you think.
