There’s literally nothing I love more than when clients become friends.🫶

This one started as “let’s go see a few houses” and turned into a full-on house hunt era. Over a dozen showings, plenty of “we need to talk about this layout” moments, and at least one “why is this room shaped like that?” situation😅

We toured, debated, circled back, and eventually found the one that just felt right - the kind you walk into and immediately start mentally moving your furniture in.

Closing day? Smooth, easy, and honestly a dream. We got to $0 cash to close, plus extra seller concessions that brought their full earnest money back. A very satisfying little win on top of an already great ending. Seriously, who doesn't love bringing $0 to close AND getting a $3k check after closing??

But the real win was the process. The laughs, the chaos, and turning clients into friends along the way. Next up: Housewarming party🎉

Working with your best friends on a real estate deal? Equal parts heartwarming… and high-stakes chaos😅

Picture this: two of our favorite humans, a baby arriving in less than a month, and a home to sell that had definitely been… well-loved (if you know, you know). The mission? Sell fast, buy fast, and keep everyone sane in the process.

Were there some hiccups along the way? Sure. Did we still manage to get them into their next home AND close on their current one in about 3 weeks? You already know the answer.

Here’s the thing, real estate is rarely perfectly smooth. It’s a moving target with a lot of pieces in play at all times. What matters is having someone in your corner who knows how to navigate the chaos, solve problems quickly, and keep things moving forward when it counts. And maybe keep your stress levels somewhat intact along the way😜

Okay so maybe I'm a little late on this post, but don't blame me, blame my social media manager (me).

It's not every day that a transaction runs smooth as butter, so naturally, I have to tell you about it. My sellers had already moved to their new home (in a different state) to live out their retirement dreams, which meant we needed to get this home off our hands as quickly and smoothly as possible. So, that's exactly what we did.🤪 Under contract in 2 days and closed/funded in 30 - the sellers are now free to live their best retired lives (with some extra pocket change obviously).

THIS is why I love what I do. Helping people accomplish their dreams - whether it be upsizing, downsizing, buying for the first time, investing, etc...I want to help you get there. Your dreams become my dreams, and together we can make them come true.
