Friday was a very special day as Juan and Nikky officially step into homeownership! They were able to purchase a home from Juan’s aunt and uncle, giving them a unique opportunity to buy within the family, secure the home below appraised value, and apply existing equity toward their down payment.

Homeownership is more than just buying a house, it's creating a place to build memories, grow as a family, and invest in your future. We couldn't be happier for you as you begin this exciting new chapter.

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Kelsey Williams, our dedicated Closing Coordinator serving Oshkosh and Winnebago County!

Kelsey is known for keeping every transaction organized, transparent, and running smoothly from start to finish. Her consistency and communication help ensure agents, buyers, and sellers always know what to expect throughout the closing process.

Before joining Schmitt Title, Kelsey proudly served in the Air Force for 13 years bringing the same dedication, reliability, and attention to detail to our team every day.

Outside the office, Kelsey enjoys traveling, hiking with her dogs, raising chickens with her partner, and grabbing a Friday fish fry at Fox Haus.

Rachelle plays a key role in guiding clients from contract to closing, providing support every step of the way. She’s also expanding her expertise by training in title searching, continuing to grow her impact.

We’re excited to recognize Amy Kroncke, who has dedicated an incredible 29 years to Schmitt Title

As our Construction Coordinator, Amy brings extensive experience across many areas of the title industry. She works closely with builders, contractors, and property owners to ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish.

Amy is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and her willingness to help wherever needed. Always keeping projects on track and questions answered.

Outside of the office, Amy is a proud wife and mother with a family rooted in service and skilled trades. When she’s not working, she enjoys staying active by running with her bird dog Toby even in 20° weather! 🐾❄️

We truly appreciate Amy’s dedication, knowledge, and reliability.
