CALL FOR CANDIDATES:
This is an important transition from a Declarant Board to a Homeowners Board! This means homeowners on the Board will manage the community going forward. All decisions will be made by homeowners who are running and elected for the four (4) Board positions during this election. This includes, ACC, amenities, events, etc. just to name a few.
The Travis Ranch Property Owners Association, Inc. is pleased to announce that a Virtual Election Meeting of the Members will soon be scheduled. As the community prepares to begin exiting the Declarant Control Period, the first order of business is to elect four (4) Class A Members to the Board of Directors, and we would like to invite you to apply.
After the deadline for returning Candidacy Forms expires, we will issue the Meeting Notice Packet which shall include the notice; meeting agenda; proxy; ballot listing all candidates; and copies of the candidates’ statements.
