Some agents chose it anyway. They take four courses on serving military families, in order.

Military life comes first. Then VA loans. Then military moves. Last, if you move where they do not work, how to connect you with a good agent there and follow through.

Each test puts them in a real situation and asks what they would do. A wrong answer shows what it would have cost the family. Not everyone passes the first time.

Agents who pass all four and stay members are Mission Ready.
