This one has been a long time in the making.

I first met Renee about 10 years ago when we were searching for a home for her and her mom. At the time, things didn’t quite come together—but life had other plans.

Since then, Renee met Jack, they got married, and began building a beautiful life together. This past month has been especially emotional, as Renee said goodbye to her mom in May.

Through all of that, they’ve taken a big step forward—purchasing a home together in Woodmen Hills.

They’re so excited for this next chapter: a big yard for the dogs, a cat patio in the works, and a home where their family can grow—with Jack’s son and Renee stepping into her new role as a stepmom.

Moments like this are a reminder that real estate is so much more than buying and selling—it’s about life, loss, love, and new beginnings.

This one is especially close to home—literally.

This patio home has been Kevin’s (my husband’s) for the past 15 years, and it’s been such a meaningful chapter for him. As we start our next chapter together at Springlake Circle, it was time to say goodbye to a home that’s held so many memories.

We’re so excited for the new owners, who are entering a new season themselves—downsizing into a home that fits their lifestyle perfectly as retirees.
