New data from Florida Realtors shows that international home sales in Florida jumped 51% in 2025, with an estimated 16,401 residential properties purchased between August 2024 and July 2025. That surge pushed total dollar volume to $10.4 billion—up significantly from $7.1 billion the year prior.
