Last night I attended a networking event and ran into 3 familiar faces there and made some great new connections. Thanks to Rick Tobin for sponsoring this event as I saw his post so planned on attending. I think it's important to support your colleagues and continue to grow our community.

I got to catch up with Joe Freer about his next gig later this month and the movie he wrote. Also, ran into my colleague Brian Parker who is celebrating a birthday this week and saw Heather Gogola mingling too. It is great to attend these events and learn from others about changes they see in our market as well. Looking forward to seeing my REALTOR family/referral partners next week from all over the state.

Good news released about Insuring a home in Florida. 🏡There are 3 newly added insurance companies bringing the total now to 20 companies writing Insurance in Florida. In additiion, there was an increase from only 1 to now 5 options in South Florida for Condo wind only policies. These changes along with the almost 50% decrease in Insurance claims has caused rates to be reduced. Please see full article below by the Florida Realtors.
