It is sometimes difficult not to feel sentimental over transactions and all of the circumstances involved. I closed on condo number 1109 at the Royal Mariner condo in Fort Lauderdale yesterday. The condo had belonged to John Eckert. He was a tech guy, a great photographer and a friend who for years was regularly sharing awesome sunrise photographs in Lauderdale By The Sea. He was regularly riding his golf cart in his pajamas, or other creative and fun outfits to take early morning beach images. He made a lot of friends and touched a lot of hearts prior to his passing due to health complications. The photo on the left was of John and the photo on the right was taken by John through the window of the unit we just sold. It was a pleasure working with his former wife, Stephanie Eckert on the sale. I hope he is enjoying being reunited with his brother and mother in heaven. Have a good weekend my friends.
