INSPECTION DAY. Does anyone have any nightmare inspection stories? I have a fun one on my own house when we were buying it 4 years ago- the inspector came out of the attic, clearly rattled, because he saw one of the biggest snake skins just hanging out up there. Have we ever seen one in there? No. Did he see one after thoroughly looking that day? No. Have we gone looking since? Nope, sure haven’t. Jonathan has been up there a lot since then. It does cross my mind from time to time…
