There's something really special about how small the world can be. ❤️

Jessica and Sarah are making the move from Arkansas to Kentucky, and we have a mutual friend to thank for bringing us together. Ashley happens to be taking an online class with Jessica, and when she heard they were relocating to Northern Kentucky, she said, "You have to call Chelsea & Aubrey."

I'm so glad she did!

Relocating to a new state can feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying to learn new cities, neighborhoods, builders, schools, and commute times from hundreds of miles away. Together, we explored new construction, toured homes in several different communities, and talked through what was most important to them.

In the end, they found the perfect place to call home right here in the heart of Union, and we couldn't be happier for them!

One of the things Aubrey and I love most is helping families relocate. We've built systems that make the process as seamless as possible, whether you're across town or across the country. From virtual tours and video updates to coordinating inspections, timelines, and every detail in between, we're here to make your move feel a whole lot less stressful.
