Living in paradise means enjoying the sunshine—and keeping a plan ready.

Take a few minutes this week to:
✅ Check your water and nonperishable food supplies.
✅ Test flashlights and refresh batteries.
✅ Charge portable power banks.
✅ Review medications, important documents, and pet supplies.
✅ Know your evacuation zone and where you would go.

Florida recommends having at least seven days of supplies for everyone in your household. Follow local emergency officials for updates and evacuation instructions.

A little preparation today gives you fewer things to scramble for later. 🌴

Today, I returned to the 9/11 Memorial in Medina for a ceremony that means so much to me.

I spent nine years of my life working on this memorial, and it will always hold a piece of my heart. Being here again is a powerful reminder of why we created this place—to remember those we lost, honor those who served, and ensure future generations never forget.

Remembering every life, every family, and the courage that carried us through. 🇺🇸

Today, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the courage of the first responders who ran toward danger, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

Florida Realtors reports that Florida’s $1.8 trillion economy now ranks No. 14 globally when compared with national economies, according to the Florida Chamber Foundation. That puts the Sunshine State ahead of Australia and Mexico.

It’s an impressive milestone—and another reason to take an interest in the place we call home.
