Legacy Harbour Marina reopens this spring as part of an approved 377-unit waterfront master plan, and it may be the leading edge of the biggest downtown Fort Myers riverfront rebuild in over 20 years. 🥳

The same corridor is getting downtown’s first new condo tower since the late ’90s, new branded hotel projects, with the Fort Myers Yacht Basin rebuild still waiting on federal permits.
