After studying in Tallahassee and receiving a degree in Sociology, Jacob returned to St. Lucie County and briefly re-entered the food service industry, which he had worked in all through high school and college. Working in this industry taught Jacob the rewards that come with hard work and dedication but the extreme value placed on exceptional customer service. It was just a short time after returning home that Jacob made the decision to enter the Real Estate Sale industry. This was a natural progression for him since both parents are life long local realtors ( He literally took his first steps in a Real Estate office ) . Shortly after receiving his license, Jacob joined forces with his Dad, Tom to form The Vinson Real Estate Sales Team and has never looked back. Tom is a native Floridian and a St Lucie County FL resident since 1969. He brings with him over 30 years of Real Estate Sales experience in St Lucie County, over 25yrs of which he has held a broker's license. Having served on multiple Realtor Board Committees including Ethics. Needless to say, he has a wealth of knowledge he can utilize to insure a successful and stress free Real Estate transaction. Prior to entering the Real Estate profession Tom served in the U.S. Army, obtaining the rank of Sergeant as a Paratrooper and Military Policeman. He has also raised two sons who are actively involved in the Real Estate Industry.
