Baker, Holt, Laurel Hill & Milligan Market Snapshot 📍
The market out here is steady and predictable — prices are holding around the low $300s, homes are still selling close to list, and things are moving a little faster than they were last year. Inventory’s tightening too, which is good news for sellers.
