So MANY things I loved about this transaction.

The buyer was only 20 and this is his first property.

This was a referral from a client that I have done 4 other transactions with.

I received a message from the buyer's dad thanking me for helping his son. The pride that screamed through the message made my heart happy. Dad was so proud.

This home was my buyer's childhood home and the owners reached out as soon as they heard he was looking for his first home. Walking the house and listening to my buyer talk about memories absolutely made my heart melt.

This is just a small part of why I love real estate. Blessed to have been a small part of this buyer's journey!!

Congrats to my sellers on closing today. This deal was very special to me.

They were approached by several investors and presented with several low offers. Sometimes the quick cash may be the quickest route or even the easiest but often times can leave thousands of dollars on the table.

What's crazy about my buyer closing on this property?

👻He was ghosted by another agent.👻

Another agent showed him 1 property and then quit responding to the buyer after the buyer attempted to reach out several times over a two week period. He called my sign to tour one of my listings. We talked for an hour and I listened to his concerns, took the time to understand what he was looking for in an investment property. We toured 1 property, wrote an offer, and closed on that property.

If you want an agent that will listen, will take time to understand, treats you as more than just as a number and understands this market then we need to chat!!!
