Hi, I’m Allie! I’m the newest team member here at Regatta 55!! I grew up believing there’s no such thing as talking to a stranger, which is probably why I feel most at home in a job where I get to meet people and chit chat with them every day. I love hearing people’s stories and getting to know the residents who make Regatta 55 feel like a community. Outside of work, I’m usually chasing live music, trying a new restaurant, planning my next trip, or spending time with my family. A few random facts about me: My family means the world to me, I have 10 nieces and nephews and I love spoiling them. My faith comes before anything else and I’m the happiest anywhere there is a body of water!! If you see me around the community, don’t be surprised if I stop to chat, I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people who live here. 💙

To help everyone get to know him, here is a quick look at who he is outside of work: Ethan loves spending his free time working on cars, is a huge NBA fan, spent part of his childhood living in England, and has had Michael Jackson on repeat as his most-listened-to artist this year. What a wonderful evening! 💙

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our Community Potluck last night. Seeing neighbors gather around great food, share stories, laughter, and create new friendships is what community is all about.

Events like these remind us that home is more than just a place to live—it’s the connections we build with one another. We are so grateful for each resident who contributed a dish, shared a smile, and helped make the evening so special.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our new Community Manager, Cecelia! 🎉

Cecelia brings over eight years of industry experience, including three years in senior living, and we’re excited to have her leading our community. When she’s not busy helping residents and making our community an amazing place to call home, you’ll likely find her enjoying a Cotton Candy Alani or a Starbucks Macchiato—her go-to fuel for the day! ☕💙

Outside of work, Cecelia loves getting lost in a good book, spending time outdoors, swimming, and making memories with her son, fiancé, nieces, and sister. She’s incredibly family-oriented and brings that same caring, welcoming spirit to everything she does.
