This one means a little more to me than just another home going under contract.

Over 14 years ago, this guy and I deployed together. He’s one of my closest friends, a brother, and someone I’ve had the privilege of watching fight through some pretty tough chapters in life.

About a year and a half ago, he packed up, moved to Texas, and moved in with me and my family with one goal: start over and build a better life.

And man… look at him now.

🇺🇸 From Looking for a Lease… to HOMEOWNERS! 🏡🔑

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to my latest veteran clients who closed on their new home last Friday!

When we first connected, the goal was simply to find them a home to lease. But sometimes the right opportunity — and the right plan — can completely change the direction of the journey.

Before long, we went from searching for a rental to putting them on the path to homeownership!

And this one definitely came with some challenges. We had a lot to overcome and a very short window to make it happen.

But we got it DONE. 💪

This one was especially rewarding.

My client, a fellow veteran, had been having some challenges getting offers accepted with another Realtor when the amazing Che Oh connected us. Che, thank you for the referral and for trusting me to take great care of her! 🙏

Once we connected, we got straight to work.

🏡✨ Congratulations to my amazing clients on the closing of their new home! ✨🏡

This closing is especially meaningful because it all started over a year ago.
