Not sure what can go in recycling? Lots of stuff -- glass, metal cans, cardboard, paper, hard plastic.⁠

Plastic bags -- nope. Take those to the grocery store recycling.⁠
⁠
Styrofoam -- nope. Put those in the trash. Along with your food.⁠
⁠
Wires/electronics -- nope. Some of those can be taken to the Fort Worth drop off center.

Running late to class? We got you! Roll out of bed, get ready, lock your door, walk or RUN to campus. I bet that you can get to class in under 7 minutes. 🤣🏃🏻‍♀️

Being involved in campus is also SO much easier when it's an easy walk to TCU. Especially when you want to be casual for class and then dressed nicer for other activities. 😉

It's the night before trash day!! Run outside and pull the trash carts down to the curb.

Yeah -- you might be able to do it in the morning, but, who isn't in a hurry in the morning??! 🤣

One of my favorite parts of this home is actually outside -- two covered parking spaces. ⛈️ But, the inside of the home is really nice too!

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, with a large bathroom countertop and bathtub. 🛁

It's such a perfect option for two friends. 💜

Not sure what to do with your trash? 🗑️ Most homes around TCU have trash carts from the City of Fort Worth.

Most homes have two -- one blue cart for recycling and one gray cart for trash.

The trash carts ensure that animals don't get into the trash, which is a very good thing. 🐿️🦝🐕️

Parking!! 🚙 We are hearing about it from everyone. Even back when we were students at TCU, parking was difficult. And, with the growth and construction at TCU, it's even harder lately. We get it.

Living close to campus solves that problem. This home is probably closer to your classes, unless you're living in Grand Marc, Hill, or Walsh.

It's even better though -- it has your own washer and dryer right in your home. 👕

It's hot and there is no way around it. 🥵 When you're inside though, we can do lots of things to help with the heat.

While it may seem like a good idea to set your air conditioning super low, it's only made to lower the temperature by 30 degree.

With temperatures close to 100, setting your air conditioning lower than 70 degrees risks a malfunction. 😯

Instead -- keep your doors closed as much as possible. And, turn on your ceiling fans. The moving air will make it feel MUCH cooler. ❄️
