Earlier this year, our Learning and Development department proudly hosted the 2026 Training Ambassador Kickoff Event, bringing together over 80 onsite team members from across our communities. Each year, a select group of outstanding Olympians is chosen to serve as Training Ambassadors, supporting new hires through a more personalized and comprehensive onboarding experience. These individuals truly embody the spirit of Olympus Property and represent the best of what it means to be an Olympian! ⭐

This year’s kickoff was held in February in Scottsdale, Arizona, with our team staying at the Talking Stick Resort and enjoying a special experience at the OdySea Aquarium. The event set the tone for a year of collaboration, growth, and meaningful connection. Our Training Ambassadors were equipped with refreshed tools, updated curriculum, and valuable insights to strengthen their impact as mentors and leaders. In alignment with our core value of , the focus remained on collaboration, support, and elevating the new Olympian experience.

We are incredibly proud of all that our Training Ambassadors have accomplished this year and the lasting impact they continue to make across our communities. A heartfelt thank you to our Learning and Development team and everyone who participated. You all make us ! 💙

In 2027, Olympus Property will proudly celebrate 35 incredible years as an organization! To celebrate this exciting milestone and to thank the incredible people who have helped shape Olympus into what it is today, we’re doing something BIG.

One of our core values is FUN, and in true Olympus fashion, we are beyond excited to announce a special surprise from our very own Chandler Wonderly & Wade Madden. Olympus will be setting sail on a celebratory cruise from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Key West and the Bahamas!

Even more exciting, every single Olympus employee, plus a guest of their choosing, will be invited to join us on this unforgettable trip as we celebrate 35 amazing years of growth, success, relationships, and memories together. This milestone would not be possible without our Olympians, and we cannot wait to celebrate this monumental anniversary together as one team!

Did you know that May is Mental Health Awareness Month?

At Olympus Property, we believe caring for your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health, and that starts with creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and heard.

Whether you’re a resident, a team member, or a valued partner, your well-being matters. This month is a reminder that it’s okay to ask for help, take a pause, and prioritize yourself! Strength looks different for everyone and every step forward counts. Mental health impacts us all, which is why we’re committed to fostering a culture rooted in empathy, connection, and support across every Olympus community.

This May, we’re encourage all team members to wear green in observance of Mental Health Awareness Month, showing support, sparking conversations, and standing together to break the stigma.

Today, we’re excited to spotlight Izzabella Gonzalez, a shining example of growth, dedication, and passion on the journey! 🌟

Izzabella began her journey with Olympus Property in April 2022 as a Leasing Consultant. Her drive and commitment to excellence quickly set her apart, leading to her promotion to Leasing Manager in March 2023. After two and a half years in that role, she continued her upward trajectory and was promoted to Business Manager at The Lock at Flatirons in Broomfield, CO in November 2025. Her journey reflects a strong work ethic, a people-first mindset, and a passion for continuous growth!

When asked what motivates her to stay, Izzabella shared that it’s the people, culture, and leadership that make Olympus truly special. “I constantly feel heard and recognized by my leaders and peers. Olympus has fostered my growth and opened my eyes to possibilities I never knew existed.”

Izzabella believes Olympus cultivates success by investing in its people and recognizing every effort, big or small. Of all our core values, being Customer-Centered resonates most with her. She takes pride in creating meaningful interactions and ensuring every resident, prospect, and partner feels valued, always striving to leave a lasting, positive impression.

One of her favorite Olympus memories? Celebrating with the team at the Las Vegas holiday party, dressed up, dancing, and enjoying time together as one big family!

Outside of work, Izzabella is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves exploring new restaurants and cuisines. She’s also passionate about animals, enjoys horseback riding, and spends her free time reading and writing. Fun fact, she’s lived in nearly 20 apartments throughout her life, making her connection to property management even more personal!

We’re so grateful for Izzabella’s leadership, heart, and commitment to excellence. Thank you for all that you do, Izzabella! You make us ! 💙
