Last week, our Fort Worth Home Office team came together for a day filled with teamwork, creativity, and giving back! 💙

The team spent the day stuffing bears and other cuddly friends, adding heartfelt personal messages, and participating in fun team-building activities along the way. From creating team names to completing quality-control checks and presenting our finished creations, the day was full of laughter, collaboration, and plenty of heart!

A special thank you to Pam Weatherford, owner of Bear Hugs, for helping make this meaningful experience possible and guiding our team through such a fun and impactful day!

All finished creations will be donated to Alliance For Children, an incredible Tarrant County nonprofit dedicated to protecting children from abuse and helping minimize the trauma they experience so children and their families can begin to heal.

We’re proud to support an organization doing such meaningful work in our community and grateful for the opportunity to bring a little extra comfort to children who need it most. 💙

The continues to grow! We’re excited to welcome Station 250 to our portfolio, a beautiful community in Mundelein, Illinois! This acquisition is especially exciting as Station 250 marks Olympus Property’s very first community in Illinois, representing an exciting milestone as we continue expanding into new markets and bringing the Olympus experience to even more residents!

This summer marks an exciting milestone as we launch our inaugural Arizona Summer Internship Program! We’re thrilled to have these talented students spending the summer with our teams, gaining hands-on experience and learning more about the many rewarding career opportunities within the multifamily industry.

Madison – Leasing Intern
Xavier – Maintenance Intern
Jaylan – Maintenance Intern
Slade – Leasing Intern

Throughout the summer, these interns have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, build new skills, and see firsthand that property management is about so much more than apartment homes. It’s about hospitality, teamwork, service, creating exceptional resident experiences, and building communities people are proud to call home!

We’re excited to be part of their journey this summer and can’t wait to see everything they’ll learn and accomplish over the coming weeks. Please help us give Madison, Xavier, Jaylan, and Slade a warm Olympus welcome! You make us 💙

This week, members of our Fort Worth Home Office spent the morning volunteering at the Tarrant Area Food Bank, where they assisted with quality control by inspecting, sorting, and preparing donated food items before they were distributed to individuals and families throughout North Texas.

Did you know that the Tarrant Area Food Bank helps provide access to nutritious meals for hundreds of thousands of people across 13 North Texas counties each year. Every volunteer plays an important role in ensuring food is safe, high quality, and ready to reach those who need it most.

At Olympus Property, is one of our core values, and this volunteer opportunity was a great reminder that when we work together toward a shared purpose, we can make a meaningful impact beyond the communities we serve every day.

Thank you to all our incredible team members for giving back and helping make a difference! We love seeing Teamwork in action! 💙

This Independence Day is especially meaningful as we celebrate 250 years of America’s independence! It’s a time to reflect on our nation’s history, celebrate the communities that unite us, and look ahead with hope for the future.
