We said from the beginning that this business was strong. The court just confirmed it.

Village Homes has emerged from Chapter 11 with our reorganization plan approved — and with a court record that affirms exactly what we’ve maintained all along: the company is solvent, our plan is sound, and every one of our seven lenders stood behind it. We filed to protect a strong business from the operational impact of a legal dispute, not because the business was financially distressed. We kept building and selling the entire time. And we’ve come through with our ownership, our leadership, and our relationships fully intact.

To the customers, lenders, vendors, and contractors who saw the facts clearly and stood with us: thank you. Your trust was never misplaced.

This year also marks our 30th anniversary — three decades of building homes of character in Fort Worth and Parker County. We intend to build for many more.

Some additions are easy to imagine and hard to build. This one wasn’t.

When this Stonegate homeowner decided to expand their Village Home, the original construction already had the bones for it. No major foundation or structural work needed, just a home built with the kind of structural integrity that leaves room to grow.
