We’re breaking ground at Shivers Farm alongside our partners at Harrison Street. 🚧

The 40-acre, Whole Foods Market-anchored mixed-use destination in Southlake, Texas, is set to begin construction this month. Shivers Farm will feature Southlake’s first Whole Foods Market, 111,000 square feet of curated retail, 38,000 square feet of Class A boutique office space, a one-acre public park, and 37 single-family residential lots.

We’re pleased to share our latest partnership with Cohen & Steers to acquire Oak Hill Plaza in Southwest Austin. 🌳

Located at the gateway to the Texas Hill Country, the 116,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center is well positioned for its next chapter following the substantial completion of the $674 million Oak Hill Parkway Project. Trademark will manage and lease the property, with plans to enhance the center and bring an elevated mix of retail and dining offerings to the surrounding community.

“Our research identified Oak Hill Plaza as a high-potential center years ago, and we are excited to have the opportunity to acquire this asset and expand our portfolio in Austin,” said Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark.
