SOLD! Congratulations to Truman and Bryana! They sold their home in Florence and purchased their dream home in Hebron, KY.

Closings are always sweet, but even more so when you get to help a childhood best friend start a new chapter. This one is extra special because Truman and Bryana are moving to Hebron, just down the road from my own family. Pretty cool to welcome an old friend to the neighborhood!

I’m grateful Truman and Bryana trusted me to help them through both the sale of their home and the purchase of their new one. Congratulations on your dream home! I couldn’t be happier for you both.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling in Northern Kentucky, I’d be happy to help you make your next move.

Excited to be a Pivot Powerhouse for the month of August!

Another month at Pivot has passed with real estate done right. That means more clients served, more goals reached, and more reasons to celebrate. 👏👏👏

Our August Pivot Powerhouses led the way in closed sales volume and closed sides, but we know those numbers only tell part of the story. Behind them are the calls answered, problems solved, negotiations navigated, details managed, and countless moments of showing up when clients needed them most. Great agents don’t just deliver once. They continue to deliver consistently.

Congratulations to our August Pivot Powerhouses! We're proud of what you've accomplished and even prouder of the way you're doing it. 🧡🧡🧡
