I’d encourage everyone to listen to the first 15–20 minutes of this podcast. I’ve listened to Brigham Buhler several times and he’s a tremendous wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding how big pharma and insurance companies really operate.

His clinic is also doing some very interesting work with cutting-edge stem cell therapies that I think we’ll be hearing a lot more about in the near future. Definitely worth a listen.

When I first met with the sellers, we talked about the strengths of the home — and also the reality that many buyers today want fully updated properties. That meant our buyer pool would likely be a little smaller.

But there was also a huge opportunity here.
