... again! :) I've rented the first floor twice to short-term tenants, the second/third floor earlier this Spring, and now the first floor to a standard lease tenant. I don't do a ton of rentals by design, but the landlord is an admirable homeowner and I have a lot of personal childhood memories in this neighborhood where my grandparents and uncle lived for many decades. I've ALWAYS loved the Cochituate Village of Wayland!!
