The goal of staging is simple: help buyers walk in and picture themselves living there. 🏡
And this is honestly one of my favorite parts of helping my sellers prepare their homes for the market!
I love walking through a home and finding ways to use what my sellers already own — moving furniture, rearranging décor, borrowing pieces from another room, simplifying a space, and sometimes just looking at things with a fresh set of eyes.
You usually don’t need to buy a house full of new décor or completely change your style. Sometimes the smallest adjustments make the biggest difference.
🧹 Declutter & simplify so buyers notice the home, not the belongings.
💡 Maximize natural light and brighten darker spaces.
🛋️ Rethink furniture placement to improve flow and make rooms feel larger.
🌿 Shop your own home! A plant, lamp, chair, artwork, pillows, or accessories from another room may be exactly what a space needs.
🛏️ Give every room a purpose so buyers aren't left wondering how they would use the space.
🔧 Take care of the little things that could distract buyers from everything your home has to offer.
There’s something really satisfying about taking what a seller already has and making their home feel fresh, welcoming, and ready for its next chapter — without telling them they need to go out and spend a bunch of money.
If you’re thinking about selling, let me walk through your home with you before you start packing, painting, or buying anything. Preparing your home for the market is part of what I’m here to help with — and it just happens to be one of my favorite parts. ❤️
