So so many people are bringing up they high interest rates on buying a home. But do we sit an actually think about it?

People pay 19%+ in credit card fees but still apply and use them.

We go out and buy that new car with a 9.5% interest rate! Even with good credit it’s still running high.

But we don’t want to pay 7% for a home, that gives you equity, a place to call home, that at the end of the day helps you in a lot of aspects.

So next time your thinking to rent, or buy that new car with the heated seats, maybe think about saving money in the long run by buying a forever home!

P.s. you can always refinance once’s interest rates go down! And not miss out on that home you’ve been eyeing!
