❓ Is it harder to buy during peak season? Not necessarily. Competition may increase, but there’s often more inventory available to match increased demand.

❓ Do I need to be pre-approved before looking at homes? Pre-approval can help clarify your budget as you search and help strengthen potential offers, especially in fast-moving markets.

❓ How aggressive should my offer be? Price matters, but so do terms, timing, and flexibility. The right offer will demonstrate a serious interest in buying the home. This can include minimal contingencies, a larger earnest money amount, and more.

❓ What should I prioritize when homes move quickly? Clear priorities, preparation, and readiness to act decisively make a big difference.
