Not every sale starts with a showing.

In this case, the future owners were already familiar with the property. They lived right next door.

After the seller was approached about purchasing the condo, I was asked to help guide the transaction from contract to closing and help keep everything moving along the way.

It’s a reminder that real estate isn’t always about marketing, open houses, or finding a buyer. Sometimes it’s simply about helping people navigate the process and bringing a transaction to a successful closing.

Grateful to have been trusted with a small part of the journey.

February's groundhog forecast 🦫 may have called for 6 more weeks of winter, but our Frederick County housing market snapshot is showing some early signs of spring. 🌸

• 216 homes sold, up 14.9% from February 2025 and up 20.7% from January

• Median days on market: 30 days

• 271 new listings, up 5% year-over-year

• Median sold price: $471,000, up 5.8% from last year, down 2.4% from January

• Average sold price: $525,980, up 3.1% year-over-year

• Months of supply: 1.66, up 26.3% from February 2025

• Active listings: 489 homes, up 22.6% from last year
