When a home has charm, a great backyard, and the right preparation… good things happen, but sometimes there are challenges. Every transaction is not perfect.

442 W Mesa Avenue has officially SOLD!

After just a few days on the market, we were in escrow 🙌🏻 But then...we hit some roadblocks. The first buyers cancelled within the first week, and the backup buyer came in to save the day. Once in escrow though, we had multiple delays and setbacks with that buyer and his loan.

This was definitely one of the more challenging transactions that I’ve had in a while.

Luckily my clients were patient, and we had a patient seller and agent on Thompson (which they were purchasing at the same time).

After some ups, downs, twists and turns...and a whole lot of teamwork , we were able to close the sale on both properties within a day of each other.

Thompson is a labor of love, but it has a great floorplan, incredible views, room to grow, awesome location, a barn, and it sits on five acres…checking almost every box on their list. I can’t wait to see it once they make it their own.

I’m grateful to have been part of this journey from start to finish, and excited for the Kubo Family and all the great moments at Thompson to come.
