The description “full-time agent” might be an understatement for Yashu Toprani. He’s known to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or whenever it’s convenient for his clients, but it doesn’t feel like work to him because he loves what he does. Although Yashu is always available and visible at a moment’s notice, he believes that real estate agents shouldn’t stand in the way of their clients’ ob
jectives. That’s why he functions more as their advisor and mediator, bringing parties together and striving to deliver satisfying results with minimal fuss and headache. Each transaction is an opportunity for Yashu to obtain the best price, terms, and conditions while achieving the delicate balance of prioritizing his clients’ interests and aiming to benefit everyone. Yashu might be busy, but he’s never too entrenched to take a personal interest in every client. The purchase or sale of their home is as important to him as it is to them, and he is committed to doing everything in his power to deliver results that exceed expectations and turn first-time clients into loyalists. When Yashu isn’t buying or selling homes, he’s involved in his community as a founding board member of the Fund for Indian Subcontinent Heritage and as treasurer of the Hindu Temple of Fresno. (He was on the board from 2005 to 2009 and played an instrumental role in building the new temple, which opened in 2007.) Yashu is also a past president of the Central California Society of India.
