As someone who lives and works in the heart of North Texas, I’m especially proud to see Frisco taking the spotlight. Nearly 47% of all homes in Frisco have been built since 2010—a true testament to how this community continues to attract buyers who value newer, low-maintenance properties. Having helped many clients find their place in Frisco and the surrounding areas, I can say firsthand that this region offers a blend of growth, value, and lifestyle that’s hard to match.
