Good hints here to keep your ac in good condition. When you do need ac or heat service, I highly recommend Coldair A/C & Heating

Ya'll, its hot 🥵 outside. Help us help your HVAC!

It's time to go out and wash your condensing coils.

Do:
👉 Turn off the system before starting
👉 Use your regular water hose, NOT a pressure washer
👉 Wash all FOUR sides of your condenser
👉 Rinse off all the dust, dirt, leaves, debris, grass clippings that have accumulated all spring and summer

Don't:
👉 Use a high pressure nozzle or spray head
👉 Disconnect or take apart anything unless you have experience and knowledge to do so 😉

SO Many of our calls the last few days have been for very ... very dirty condenser coils. Save yourself some money and discomfort and get out and wash those today!
