Ten years in the making.

A decade ago, Nack Development made a commitment to Downtown Frisco based on a simple belief: this historic district had the potential to become something special.

That vision led to The Patios at the Rail, The Tower at the Rail, and the Nack Theater—catalytic projects designed to bring new businesses, activity, and investment into the heart of downtown.

Since then, we’ve been proud to watch that momentum grow. New businesses have opened, existing businesses and property owners have continued to reinvest, and the City of Frisco has made a significant commitment to the future of the Rail District.

Today, seeing the City’s newly completed downtown plaza is an exciting milestone in that journey—and it looks incredible. The City has created a beautiful gathering place that will bring even more energy, activity, and opportunity to the heart of Downtown Frisco for years to come.

This is what catalytic development is all about: invest early, create momentum, and inspire continued investment around you.

We’re incredibly proud of the role Nack Development has played in helping bring Downtown Frisco to life, proud of all the businesses and property owners who have invested alongside us, and excited to see the City’s vision for the Rail District continue to take shape.

The response to our announcement that Trackside Junction in City Government of Celina, Texas has been approved has exceeded our expectations.

Over the past few days, we’ve heard from an incredible number of restaurant operators, retailers, entertainment concepts, and local businesses interested in becoming part of Downtown Celina’s next chapter. It’s exciting to see so many quality businesses recognize the opportunity that exists here.

As a result, our NACK Realty leasing team will begin scheduling meetings with prospective tenants to discuss the project, understand each concept, and evaluate the best fit for the development.

While we are just beginning our tenant lineup, our goal has never been simply to lease space—we’re focused on curating a mix of businesses that will create an authentic, vibrant destination for the community and complement the vision for Downtown Celina.
