Last week at the MAME Awards, we had the privilege of honoring an incredible colleague, mentor, and visionary: Martha Littleton.

It’s hard to put into words the impact Martha had, not only on those fortunate enough to work alongside her, but on this entire industry. She had a rare gift for seeing possibility where others saw only land, envisioning the way people would live, connect, and truly feel at home long before a community ever came to life.

But beyond all she created, Martha’s greatest legacy is the way she made people feel. She uplifted others with grace, warmth, and quiet strength, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met.

We are deeply grateful to the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County for taking the time to recognize and celebrate Martha’s extraordinary legacy during this year’s awards ceremony.

A special thank you as well to for beautifully capturing her story and spirit in this tribute video.

We miss her deeply, but we are honored to celebrate the incredible legacy she leaves behind. ❤️
