This story is one of my favorites, not just because of the home, but because of the life she’s stepped into.

Debbie sold her home in Duluth and made the decision to downsize into a new season.

From weekend getaway… to everyday life.

Brad and Sonya’s story is such a special one, and it all started through a simple connection—Brad works with my husband, Curtis, and that’s how we first met.

For years, they lived in Watkinsville in a home they truly loved.

When it came time to sell, it happened quickly, and they stepped into a new season.

But the lake had always been part of their story.

Some homes hold decades of memories.

After living at 7270 Wits End Drive since the mid-1990s, my Seller was ready for his next season.

Retirement opened the door to return home to Franklin, North Carolina, where he purchased his late aunt’s house, mountains in the background and family history woven into the land.
