Kristy Emberton | REALTOR®
Tierra Real Estate | Licensed in Texas & Oklahoma
Gainesville has always been home to me. I’m a Gainesville native, a graduate of Lindsay ISD, and proud to have deep roots in the Cooke County community. My husband, Brandon, and I have one daughter, Brooklyn, and when I’m not working, you can usually find us on the sidelines of a soccer field cheering her on. When I get a little quiet time, you’ll probably find me with a good book in my hand.
I’ve been a licensed REALTOR® in Texas since 2017 and in Oklahoma since 2022. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients buy and sell homes, land, and commercial properties. I love getting to know the people I work with, understanding what’s important to them, and helping make the real estate process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Giving back to my community is also a big part of who I am. I’ve been a member of the Gainesville Kiwanis Club since 2018 and have served as Club Secretary since 2019. I was incredibly honored to be named Kiwanian of the Year for 2021–2022. I also serve on the boards of the Frank Buck Zoological Society and the Friends of the Cooke County Library—two organizations that are very special to me.
To me, real estate has never been just about properties and transactions. It’s about people, relationships, and the community I’m fortunate to call home. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a longtime family property, looking for land, or making a commercial investment, I’d be honored to help you along the way.
