The "Beaver Lake Shoreline Management Plan" and "Master Plan" cover everything from docks and shoreline access to vegetation, paths, steps and improvements on Corps land.

📊 *Monday Morning Beaver Lake Market Update*

Active lake home inventory remains remarkably consistent, holding right in line with what we've been seeing since early March. The movement this week is on the "pending" side: 15 homes are currently under contract. That being the most we've seen since mid-May.

Steady inventory + an uptick in homes going under contract = a little more momentum in the Beaver Lake market as we head toward fall. 🌊
