Pistons on the Square! 🚘✨

I stopped by Pistons on the Square in downtown Georgetown last Saturday, and this red beauty was my favorite, so much chrome and character! ❤️

I love that Georgetown TX always has something happening - classic cars, festivals, live music, great food, and plenty of reasons to enjoy the Square.

Georgetown really has it all , and it’s a wonderful place to call home. 🏡

🏡 Central Texas Real Estate — July Market Update

The latest numbers show a steady, slightly competitive Central Texas housing market:

Market Snapshot:
• Closed sales: +4.4%
• Median sales price: $435,000
• Pending sales: +4.1%
• Inventory: **4.7 months **

What does that mean?

Buyers are buying — but they’re still being selective. Homes closed at an average of 93.7% of their original list price, making proper pricing and preparation especially important for sellers.

And remember: real estate is LOCAL. Georgetown, Sun City, Serenada, etc and other Williamson County neighborhoods can perform very differently from the overall Central Texas market.

A little flashback and a great hairdo… 😉

…long before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked as an escrow officer for North American Title Company. Learning basic title searching to escrow services, that experience gave me a strong foundation in the details behind every real estate transaction.

The industry has changed, but the value of knowledge, careful follow-through and personal service has not. I’m grateful that what I learned then still helps me serve my clients today.

A little before & after at our new home! One of the things I love about real estate is seeing the potential in a property and then watching it come to life!
