August 2026 Market Update 📈

Prices are up, and so is inventory! Last month, the Milwaukee Metro area saw a median sales price of $409,900 (an 8.9% jump from last year) and a solid 11% increase in active listings. Even with more homes on the market, properties are still selling fast at a median of just 19 days!

REALTORS® who encounter questions about the purported program can let clients know that it is a scam and direct them to the Department of Revenue press release for more information.
