gaining momentum. While things feel similar to last week, the underlying numbers show a market that is heating up for spring.

Sellers Holding Strong: 12 cities are currently moving in favor of sellers.
The Big Gainers: Goodyear, Tempe, Maricopa, and Fountain Hills saw the most significant shifts toward a seller-
favorable environment.
Opportunity for Buyers: 6 cities are still moving in favor of buyers, led once again by Cave Creek and Gilbert.
Market Velocity: The average CMI rose by 2.8% this week, showing a more moderate lean toward sellers compared to
last week’s 1.7%.
