Take on the day by preparing breakfast the night before. A spoonful of this pecan pumpkin recipe tastes like fall and will wake you up in no time!

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup pumpkin
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla
- ¾ cup milk of choice

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a jar, starting with the dry ingredients, then your choice of milk, and mix well.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Add toppings of your choosing the next morning.
Tip: You may want to add another splash of milk in the morning, depending on your preferred consistency.
