From an early age, Artin Sarkissian knew that he wanted a career in real estate. “When I turned 17, I started to manage one of my father’s income properties. I made a lot of mistakes at first, but I learned fast, really developed my people skills and I knew I had a true passion for the business. ntly purchased the company which will be renamed The Art In Real Estate in 2015. Key to Sarkissian’s remarkably fast rise, is his unmatched focus on marketing and advertising all of his listings. “Once a property is listed, I distribute 5000 ‘just listed’ flyers in the area. Then I distribute 100,000 flyers with all of my properties combined in multiple cities. All listings are professional photographed and have video tours posted, and social media is used to full effect. I work 7 days a week ensuring that all of my listings have maximum exposure, which in turn gives my clients maximum dollar.”

In addition to his unsurpassed work ethic, Sarkissian has earned a reputation in his market for his honesty and integrity. “I am all about hard work and honest representation. I will never sell something I don’t believe in.” Keeping himself up to date on all of the latest advances in his industry is also a priority for Sarkissian, who still regularly takes classes and has one-on-one coaching from the Tom Ferry organization. Sarkissian holds the designations of E-Pro, ABR and SRS. It should come as no surprise, with his unique approach to the business, Sarkissian has an enormous referral rate. “Client satisfaction is my top priority. It’s a lot of work but it doesn’t even feel like a job to me. I’m honored to say that most of my clients have become close friends.” Sarkissian’s honors include being in the Master Club for multiple years at Citiwide Realty, in addition to being the agent at his office with the most transactions closed and highest number of gross sales for numerous years as well. Sarkissian is active in his community, contributing to local schools and hospitals. He is also involved with Habitat for Humanity and the Glendale Youth Alliance which assists at risk youth with employment. Sarkissian has big plans for the future. His first goal is to continue building his team’s production rate which has increased exponentially every year. He closed 103 transactions in 2014 and hoping to reach 150-200 transactions within the next five years.
