A lot of people don’t realize that Historic Wagner Farm right here in Glenview is one of the only working farms left in all of Cook County!

From harvesting thousands of pounds of fresh produce to hosting seasonal events like Tomato Fest, it’s such a special resource for our community. It’s places like Wagner Farm that make living on the North Shore so unique.

One of my favorite parts of living and working in Glenview is getting to support our amazing local spots. If you haven't been to The Clove yet, it needs to be on your dining bucket list! I always order the Paneer Masala (their vegetarian menu is top-tier!), while Evan can't get enough of their garlic naan.

Between busy workdays and family life, having amazing local takeout right in our backyard is such a lifesaver. Plus, their team is so welcoming and they host live jazz, comedy, and karaoke nights throughout the year!

Free concert alert! 4-time Grammy Award winners Los Lobos are heading to Downtown Glenview for Blocktoberfest on Saturday, September 26th!

This is always one of my favorite community events of the year! Over 15,000 neighbors are expected for live music, food vendors like Hackney's, b**r tents, and kids' activities.

Important Logistics:
• Glenview Road is CLOSED between Church & Pine all day. Avoid driving through downtown!
• Park at the Metra Train Station lot or Library lot and walk over.
• Kids Zone runs 11 AM – 4 PM; B**r tent opens at 4 PM; Los Lobos headlines at 9 PM.
• Dogs on leashes are welcome!
