Social media found the buyer on this one and helped turn it into a multiple offer situation.

That’s the kind of marketing I care about. Not just getting views, likes or shares…although if you want to like and share all my stuff, please don’t let me talk you out of it 😂

The real goal is getting the property in front of people who are actually ready to make a move.

A little Sunday recap from Thursday 🏡

Officially sold in Gadsden.

I’ve had the chance to work with this seller on several homes now, and it’s always cool getting to see where each one ends up. Most of the homes we’ve done together have gone to first-time buyers getting their start, but this one was a little different…helping someone make the move into a home that better fit their next chapter.

This one definitely took a little patience and a few extra steps to get across the finish line, but we got it there.

I’m thankful for a seller who continues to trust me to handle these, and even more thankful to get to be a small part of where these homes go next.

Closed one yesterday and got another one UNDER CONTRACT today. 😎🏡

Safe to say things have been moving around here lately, but there’s been a whole lot of work going on behind the scenes too.

This one didn’t sit around long. We got it listed, got eyes on it, worked through the interest, and found a buyer pretty dang quick.

Now we’ve just gotta keep doing our part, get through inspections and appraisal, and get my sellers to the closing table. 🤝
