Josh came to me with a slew of details that needed sorted before he could sell, the biggest one being that he had renters.

I assured him if I could just meet the renters, talk to them, understand their needs, we could make this work.

After a lot of moving parts, emotions, and showings, we closed and everyone is off on their new paths.

This one was extra special!

My clients had 2 adorable little girls who were completely amazed when we looked at a house and there was a lemon 🍋 tree in the back. We picked them and ate them but mom and dad didn’t pick that house.

Now, at their new home, they can plant their own lemon tree together!

Days like today are why I love what I do. 🍋 🌳

We love the charm, we truly do. But let’s be real: walking South of Broad is practically an extreme sport if you are not wearing sensible shoes. The cobblestones are beautiful, historic, and absolutely unforgiving to stilettos.
