Selling homes isn’t just about the data, calls, coordination, or photos. It’s about listening to the stories, hearing the memories, understanding the “whys,” and walking alongside people through emotional transitions.

This recent sale was especially meaningful because I had the opportunity to help both the seller and the buyer. I watched the new owners see the beauty and potential in this cottage, while also witnessing the bittersweet relief of the seller saying their final goodbyes.

Homes become part of our lives and our stories. I’m always grateful to be trusted during both the exciting new beginnings and the bittersweet endings. ❤️
