Another set of happy !

Normally on Million Dollar Monday, we take a look at a beautiful million-dollar home.

This week, we're taking a look at the market instead.

I read an article about the shortage of homes for middle-income buyers in Grand Rapids, so I opened up my MLS and compared the numbers.

What I found helps explain why so many buyers in that $250,000 to $350,000 price range still feel like inventory is tight, even as the market continues to improve.
